Our Delivery is 24 hr delivery if ordered before 1.30 pm mon -thurs, as long as items are available at time of ordering.

Free  Delivery to any mainland uk address, with the exception of some Scotland postcodes, Isle of man, Northern  and southern Ireland , Chanel Islands

If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.

You can return any item within 14 days of ordering and we will gladly replace the item, or refund , All we ask is that you send the items back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty., Free postage only on the items sent , if incorrect sizes ordered customer is responsible for future postage costs £8.00 if its a larger parcel and £3.50 on smaller items gloves etc

eWhen measuring the childs head please use a tape measure around the circumference of the head just above the eye brow and this should give you a good indication as to the size in cm that you need. However please bear in mind that some of the helmets can vary from style to style in their sizes. We will do our best to get the measurements you need as accurate as possible, however in the event the helmet doesnt fit you can return it to us for exchange provided that the helmet hasnt been worn and is in the original packaging with all labels intact. Please note that exchange or refund does not include the post and packaging costs.
