DELIVERY.
We use a courier which has to have a signature so please try to give an address where somebody will be in for the day and possibly a daytime contact telephone number in case we need to speak to you concerning your order.
We try to carry all items in stock and will be shipped within 1-2 working days.If any items are out of stock then a member of our staff will call you to confirm the delay.
Small items will be posted first class royal mail, Larger parcels will be sent next day delivery and we request them to be signed for at the delivery address.
If goods are returned, refused delivery or failed to be delivered through no fault of ourselves or our couriers, delivery costs will still be charged even if delivery was offered free.
DELIVERY is free to main land England,Wales,Scotland

DELIVERY  outside UK a  fee will be charged please see checkout page  for details on delivery costs., to EUROPE

DELIVERY to any other countries please email with address details and a approx products you are interested in, then a price on shipping will be given.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the D H Autos on-line site to process and fulfil your orders and notify you of your order status. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may wish, however, to advise you of other offers or products that you may be interested in. Value Added Tax
VAT is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. UK VAT is currently charged at 15% and is shown in a VAT box on the basket and is charged on both individual items and the delivery charges. We are required by law to collect VAT on all orders despatched to addresses within the European Union. VAT charges for your order will be shown separately on your order. If you are ordering from outside the European Union you will not be charged for the VAT but you may be subject to local taxes and customs charges.

How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept the following credit/ cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Visa Debit. AMERICAN EXPRESS NOT ACCEPTED.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
Shopping with DH Autos on-line is completely safe. Our secure server software encrypts information to ensure that your transactions are private and protected

Do you accept international orders?
DH Autos.co.uk is pleased to welcome orders from all over the world

How much do you charge for delivery?
When you complete your order you will be asked to confirm the delivery address. The software then calculates and displays the despatch charges for your order

What is your Returns Policy?
As stated the postage is free to mainland uk but if an item is ordered wrong and needs to be swapped then we charge postage on the returning parcel. If goods are returned unwanted  within 7 days then we refund less our postage.If goods are faulty and you no longer want to swap for a replacement then we will refund the full original amount using the card details provided when first ordering. Please contact us if there are any problems on 01782 613889 within the 1st 3 days of receiving goods.

Will you be adding more items to the on-line store?
The range of items on offer represents a small part of our full range of motorcycle clothing and accessories. We aim to increase and improve the depth of the offer in the future. We would welcome your comments and have included a query field within the 'contacting us' section of the website

3 Financial information, including credit card details
This information is used to obtain payment for goods and services you have ordered from us. This information is taken through a secure page which uses 128 Bit SSL Secure Encryption.. You will note that this page has a web address starting 'https', not 'http'. The additional 's' denotes its secure status. Such information is automatically encrypted as soon as you confirm it and passes in encrypted form to ourselves. The encrypted information is retained for a period of 2 months, when it is automatically deleted.
Note: your Internet browser may produce a warning message. This is automatic and does not reflect on the high level of security built into our system.

4 Disclosure to Government and their agencies.
We are subject to the law like everyone else. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.

5 Unlawful Access
Information may be unlawfully available to hackers and snoopers. We take no responsibility for this. The risk is no different from a similar risk in a bricks and mortar establishment.
